OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES INCLUDE RELOCATION (Import/Export), DISTRIBUTION, WAREHOUSING, GENERAL CARGO, RECORDS MANAGEMENT, ART WORKS, AND PET RELOCATION.
Your people.
OUR PEOPLE ARE OUR BEST ASSET. THEY ARE MOST VALUABLE TO US. THEY PROVIDE VERY ABLE SUPPORT AS THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY SKILLED FOR THE RELOCATION/LOGISTICS BUSINESS AND THE MAJORITY HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR AN AVERAGE OF 15 YEARS.

(RELOCATION) IS CONCERNED, I DON’T THINK THERE IS ANY. HOWEVER, FOR THE LOGISTICS PART,
NEEDLESS TO SAY THERE ARE MANY IN SUBIC.
What is your company’s competitive advantage over your competitors? EXPERIENCE AND PEOPLE/STAFF. OUR STAFF HAVE BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY FOR AN AVERAGE OF 15 YEARS AND THUS VERY EXPERIENCED.
What challenges has Melcon faced during the pandemic? WHILE MOBILITY WAS A CHALLENGE, MELCON TOOK IT AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP COMPANIES IN THEIR MOVING REQUIREMENTS AS WORK FROM HOME WAS IMPLEMENTED. MANY OF OUR PARTNER COMPANIES REACHED OUT TO US FOR SUPPORT IN MANAGING THIS NEW NORM.
How did you manage them? ALTHOUGH IT WAS DIFFICULT IN THE BEGINNING, WE DID NOT WASTE TIME AND IMMEDIATELY DISCUSSED WITH THE STAFF HOW WE CAN NAVIGATE THROUGH THE CRISIS, ENSURING MISSING NO BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR STAFF ALL THROUGHOUT THE PANDEMIC, UP UNTIL THIS TIME, WERE/ARE PROVIDED WITH ALL NECESSITIES TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AS THEY WORK, NAMELY, TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE RESIDENCE, PPE, ALCOHOL, AND WEEKLY ANTIGEN TESTS.
